01Scope

The service is operated by 美果 (Meiguo). The service is intended for users in the United States, China, Taiwan, Japan and Singapore.

This Privacy Policy applies to the AppleHelper website, account management, automated tasks, support conversations, points and related support services. We respect your personal information rights and process information in accordance with applicable law.

This policy explains the information we handle, its purposes and processing methods, data flows, retention, safeguards and ways to exercise your rights. Services independently provided by Apple, payment institutions and other third parties are also subject to their own privacy rules.

02Information we handle

We process the following information according to the features you use. Optional features are your choice. A feature may be unavailable if information essential to it is not provided.

AppleHelper account
Username, email, password verification information, and any display name, avatar or account settings you provide.
Apple ID and verification
Apple IDs, passwords, dates of birth, security answers, Support PINs and contact details you supply, plus account status and details obtained for your selected tasks.
Orders and tasks
Batches, notes, task types, order links or numbers, order emails, recipients, phone numbers, billing or shipping addresses, product details and other information needed for a task.
Conversations and support
Support messages, content you submit, task progress and results, AI processing records, support tickets and attachments.
Transactions and operations
Top-ups, redemptions, order amounts and status, transaction information returned by payment providers, point activity and reservations, request IP addresses, browser details and access or security logs.

03Purposes and processing

We process necessary information for registration, sign-in, identity verification, account and batch management, task execution, message display, billing reconciliation, support and security, using a legal basis appropriate under applicable law.

When you create or enable relevant tasks, the system may sign in to Apple accounts you are authorized to manage, obtain Support PINs or account details, attempt account unlocking, retrieve orders and send information needed for your request to Apple Support. The scope depends on the task, supplied details and enabled features.

Apple ID passwords, security answers and Support PINs require particular care. Disclosure or misuse can affect account and financial security. Submit only necessary information and ensure you are authorized to use it. Where separate consent or another authorization is legally required, it must be obtained separately; this policy does not replace it.

04AI and automated processing

Automated support features may send relevant conversation context, task details and applicable account information to the AI service in use to identify support intent, translate, compose replies, help assess task status and take subsequent actions. AI requests, responses and decision records may also be retained for review, troubleshooting and security audits.

AI results may be inaccurate or incomplete. You can review messages and progress, and use available controls to reply manually, stop a task or change automation preferences. The effect of stopping depends on the current execution state; it does not recall information already sent.

05Third-party services and disclosures

Information relevant to your selected services may be provided to Apple Support or Apple account and order services, AI providers, payment institutions and infrastructure providers supporting operations. Disclosures should be limited to what is needed, with notice, authorization and safeguards as required by applicable law.

Information collected directly by a payment provider on its payment page is covered by its privacy policy. AppleHelper uses order and transaction status information for top-up fulfillment, refund reconciliation and accounting.

Where overseas services or cross-border processing are involved, applicable notice, authorization and safeguarding requirements must be met. Specific recipients and processing locations should be identified in the relevant service notices. This general policy does not replace any legally required specific notice or separate consent.

We do not provide your information to unrelated third parties except to deliver services, under valid authorization, or as required by law. For lawful disclosures to competent authorities, we verify the request and limit the scope.

06Retention and security

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Account details, transaction records and operational records have different retention requirements; there is no single retention period for all data.

Cleanup schedules apply to certain conversations, AI records, import previews and audit records. Deleting an item in the interface may initially remove visibility or business associations. Accounting, audit and backup data that must be retained are not necessarily erased immediately. When no processing purpose or legal retention requirement remains, relevant information should be deleted or anonymized.

We use access controls, authentication, operational monitoring and necessary organizational measures to protect information. Protect your credentials and avoid leaving signed-in sessions on shared devices. We will take remedial steps and provide required notifications for personal information security incidents.

07Cookies and local storage

The website uses browser local storage and related session technologies for sign-in state, refresh credentials, language and interface preferences. Signing out clears local sign-in information; you can also clear site data in browser settings.

Clearing or disabling storage may sign you out, reset preferences or affect features. Independent Apple or payment pages may use their own cookies or storage technologies; consult those services for details.

08Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, completion or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent-based authorization, or request closure of your AppleHelper account. Where identity checks, transaction settlement or legal obligations are relevant, we will explain the conditions without requesting unnecessary information.

For account closure or deletion beyond the available interface controls, submit a request through a ticket. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before it. Stopping use or deleting an account does not directly recall information already sent to independent services such as Apple or payment institutions.

Access and correct
Review or update available information in your profile, account management and history.
Manage automation
Adjust future automated processing using task controls and account preferences.
Submit a rights request
Explain your request and relevant account in a support ticket. Do not repeat passwords in the ticket.

09Children and young people

The service involves third-party account authorization and paid tasks and is not primarily directed at minors. Minors should use it with appropriate guardian guidance and authorization. Guardian consent must be obtained first where legally required for personal information processing.

If you believe a minor has provided personal information without necessary authorization, contact us through the channels in this policy so that we can investigate and respond as required by law.

10Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change and will show the update date here. Material changes to purposes, information categories, recipients or individual rights should be highlighted appropriately, and new consent obtained where required by law.

For questions about this policy, information processing or rights requests, submit a request through an AppleHelper ticket. We will verify requests and respond within the period required by applicable law.

This policy does not limit rights under laws applicable where you are located. We handle requests under the applicable privacy laws of China, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore and the United States within their scope. Where legally applicable, rights include access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, copies and choices concerning sale, sharing or certain automated processing. You will not be unreasonably treated differently merely for exercising lawful privacy rights.
