01Getting started

What can AppleHelper help me do?

AppleHelper brings Apple IDs, batch tasks, Apple Support conversations and history into one workspace so you can organize accounts and follow their progress.

With the relevant features enabled and verification requirements met, you can retrieve Support PINs or attempt account unlocking automatically, and follow progress or required actions in the task.

How do I start my first task?

Sign in, add or import your Apple IDs, check their details and organize them into batches as needed. In Chat tasks, choose a task type and account, review the price, then create the task.

Follow connection progress, Apple Support messages and task guidance. Automatic Support PIN retrieval and account unlocking also require the relevant settings, verification details and enough points.

Is AppleHelper an official Apple service?

No. AppleHelper is an independent third-party tool, not affiliated with Apple Inc. It helps organize accounts and tasks and follow Apple Support conversations.

Apple determines account status and support outcomes. Creating a task or completing an automated step does not guarantee restriction removal, a refund or approval of another request.

02Automatic account unlocking

Can AppleHelper unlock accounts automatically?

AppleHelper supports account unlocking tasks. In supported automated flows, a locked account encountered during Support PIN or account information retrieval can be unlocked first, followed by a retry of the original task.

The relevant feature must be enabled, verification details such as date of birth and security answers must be available, and you need enough points. Follow task guidance for verification that cannot be completed automatically.

Some unlock flows reset the password. AppleHelper updates the saved account password after the reset; update any copies you keep elsewhere as well.

Is account unlocking the same as restoring App Store access?

No. Account unlocking addresses a lock encountered during account sign-in or verification. Restore App Store Access is a separate support task for App Store and iTunes access restrictions.

Unlocking an account does not automatically remove App Store restrictions. If store access or purchases remain restricted, choose the relevant support task so Apple can review the issue.

Why has automatic unlocking stopped?

Check the task status and guidance first. Automatic processing may be unable to continue if the feature is disabled, points are insufficient or the account details do not meet the current verification requirements.

Complete the missing information or verification, then use the actions available on the task page. If Apple still does not allow the account to be unlocked, follow its requirements; repeatedly creating the same task does not guarantee a resolution.

03Automatic Support PIN retrieval

Can AppleHelper retrieve a Support PIN automatically?

Yes. With the relevant feature enabled, successful account verification and enough points, AppleHelper can retrieve a Support PIN and use it in Apple Support tasks that offer this feature.

Follow progress and results in the task. If the account is locked and automatic unlocking is available, the flow can attempt unlocking before retrieving the PIN again.

When does AppleHelper retrieve the Support PIN?

For support tasks that use a PIN, it can be prepared before connecting or retrieved during the conversation when the automated workflow needs it. The timing depends on the task type and the features you have enabled.

The workflow checks whether a PIN is still usable and retrieves a new one when required, rather than continuing to use an expired PIN in later conversations.

What should I do if Support PIN retrieval fails?

Check the task guidance and available actions, then review the account details, verification requirements and points. For PIN preparation before connecting, the task page offers actions such as retrying or unlocking when they apply to the current state.

If automation cannot complete the step, follow the guidance for manual intervention. A failed PIN retrieval does not by itself mean that the account is locked or that Apple has rejected the support request.

04Tasks and records

Which support tasks can I create?

Task types include Restore App Store Access, Unlock Paid App Purchase and Clear Balance. Choose the type that matches your issue so the workflow can prepare the relevant information and help you follow the conversation.

The task list in your signed-in workspace shows the types currently available to you. A task name describes the issue being handled; it does not mean Apple has approved the request or promise a fixed completion time.

How can I organize work across multiple accounts?

Import your Apple IDs and group them into batches, keeping accounts for the same round of work together. Use batches to follow related tasks and see which are connecting, completed or need attention.

Batches organize the work while each account keeps its own details and task records. You can review an account without reconstructing its progress from scattered conversations.

Can I still follow a conversation while automation is running?

Yes. In Chat tasks, you can read support messages and follow task progress and guidance. When automation cannot continue, needs more information or requires a decision, you can use the available controls to intervene.

Automation reduces repetitive steps. Keep an eye on requests for account verification or information that needs your confirmation so the conversation can move forward.

Where can I find task prices?

After signing in, open Task pricing to review point prices and billing details for chat tasks, Support PIN retrieval and account unlocking. Charges depend on the selected task and the rules displayed in the workspace.

My points shows available and reserved points and activity. Some tasks reserve points first, then charge or release them according to the outcome and billing rules. Compare these entries with the task record.

How can I review past conversations?

After signing in, open Chat history to find a conversation and review Apple Support messages and activity. Account details and task status provide additional context.

Available history depends on your permissions and the system retention settings. Save information you need to keep using the options available in the workspace.
