What can AppleHelper help me do?

AppleHelper brings Apple IDs, batch tasks, Apple Support conversations and history into one workspace so you can organize accounts and follow their progress.

With the relevant features enabled and verification requirements met, you can retrieve Support PINs or attempt account unlocking automatically, and follow progress or required actions in the task.

How do I start my first task?

Sign in, add or import your Apple IDs, check their details and organize them into batches as needed. In Chat tasks, choose a task type and account, review the price, then create the task.

Follow connection progress, Apple Support messages and task guidance. Automatic Support PIN retrieval and account unlocking also require the relevant settings, verification details and enough points.

Where can I find task prices?

After signing in, open Task pricing to review point prices and billing details for chat tasks, Support PIN retrieval and account unlocking. Charges depend on the selected task and the rules displayed in the workspace.

My points shows available and reserved points and activity. Some tasks reserve points first, then charge or release them according to the outcome and billing rules. Compare these entries with the task record.

How can I review past conversations?

After signing in, open Chat history to find a conversation and review Apple Support messages and activity. Account details and task status provide additional context.

Available history depends on your permissions and the system retention settings. Save information you need to keep using the options available in the workspace.
