01Service and scope

The service is operated by 美果 (Meiguo). The service is intended for users in the United States, China, Taiwan, Japan and Singapore.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AppleHelper website, account management, automation, support conversations, points and related services. Read them before use, particularly the provisions on account authorization, automated actions, fees and responsibility.

AppleHelper provides tools for Apple ID and batch management, support tasks, conversation history, Support PIN retrieval, account unlocking and order lookup. Available features depend on your permissions, task type and the options shown in the service.

These terms and applicable task and pricing descriptions explain the service rules. Mandatory law prevails over conflicting provisions. These terms do not exclude or restrict consumer rights granted by law.

02Accounts and authorization

Provide accurate, relevant information, protect your AppleHelper account and credentials, and respond promptly to suspicious access or credential exposure. When managing accounts for another person or organization, obtain lawful authorization covering the actions and personal information processing involved.

Only submit Apple IDs, orders and information you own or are authorized to manage. Do not impersonate others, submit unauthorized information, bypass security verification or use the service for fraud, infringement or other unlawful purposes.

The service involves payments and third-party account actions. You must have the legal capacity required for those actions and obtain valid guardian or organizational authorization where necessary.

03Task instructions and automation

Important: Creating a task does not guarantee that Apple will accept or approve a request, or that automation will achieve the expected result.

Creating a task, enabling automation or submitting a manual reply requests the corresponding action within the selected feature and your valid authorization. Review the task type, account details, request and price, and monitor task notices. Automated flows may include sign-in, verification submissions, PIN retrieval, unlocking attempts, order lookup and support messages.

Automation and AI can misunderstand information, generate incorrect replies, delay or fail. Monitor conversations and results and intervene when prompted. Stopping a task does not recall sent requests or reverse third-party actions already completed.

Balance-clearing tasks may remove an Apple account balance irreversibly. Order or account changes may also have material effects. Authorize a task only after understanding it. Actions outside your valid authorization or requiring separate confirmation by law must receive that confirmation.

04Points, fees and settlement

AppleHelper points measure and settle platform services; they are distinct from an Apple account balance. Consult Task Pricing for applicable prices and billing rules, and My Points for available or reserved points and activity.

Depending on the task and billing rules, points may be reserved first and then charged or released based on the outcome and settlement state. A failed or stopped task, or an Apple refusal, does not automatically make all services already delivered free. Review the rules shown in advance and the relevant bill.

For duplicate charges, settlement errors or price disputes, submit the task or bill reference for review. Confirmed errors will be corrected. Price changes should be disclosed in advance or before ordering and should not unjustifiably change previously confirmed prices.

Task pricing
Review the point price and charging conditions before creating a task.
Reservation and settlement
Points are charged or released according to results and applicable rules.
Billing review
Review details in My Points and raise disputes through a ticket.

05Top-ups, payments and refunds

Top-up packages, redemption conditions and payment amounts are those displayed when you confirm an order. Pay through platform-provided channels and retain order records. Payment providers may perform verification, payment processing and refunds under their own rules.

Refund requests are assessed according to order status, fulfillment, services used and applicable law; there is no blanket no-refund rule. Use the refund option where available on the order page, or submit a request through a ticket.

Review, payment-provider processing and receipt of funds are distinct stages. Submitting a request does not mean a refund has been completed. Disputes will be reviewed using verifiable order, payment and service records without limiting lawful remedies.

06Acceptable use and service management

Do not use AppleHelper to infringe account, personal information, intellectual property or property rights. Malicious bulk requests, attacks, unlawful scraping, access-control evasion, illegal content and disruption of the service are prohibited.

To protect the service, we may reasonably investigate unusual or potentially prohibited activity and apply proportionate restrictions, suspension or termination. Where lawful and consistent with security needs, we will explain the reason and provide a way to appeal.

Each party bears responsibility for losses according to applicable law and its own fault. Service restrictions do not automatically remove accounting, refund or other legal obligations already incurred.

07Third parties and responsibility

AppleHelper is an independent third-party tool and has no affiliation, agency or official partnership with Apple Inc. Apple and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Apple account status, support responses, approval, order policies and final execution are determined by the relevant third parties. AppleHelper cannot make commitments on Apple’s behalf or guarantee unlocking, restriction removal, refunds, price protection or other outcomes.

Third-party changes, verification requirements, network issues and maintenance may affect tasks. We will take reasonable steps to address issues within our control and provide task status or manual-action notices where needed.

These terms do not exclude responsibility for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or matters that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for losses and disputes is determined by the actual cause, each party’s fault and applicable law, without unilaterally removing your principal rights.

08Changes and termination

We may change services for feature updates, security maintenance or operational needs. Material changes affecting purchased rights or unfinished tasks should be reasonably notified, with remaining entitlements, settlement and data access or deletion requests handled according to law.

You may stop using the service or request account closure through a ticket. Resolve active tasks and unsettled orders before closure. Stopping use does not reverse actions lawfully completed or remove settlement, confidentiality or responsibility obligations that must continue under law.

09Disputes and contact

For questions about the service, fees or personal information, provide the relevant task or order reference and an explanation in a support ticket. We will investigate and seek a resolution. Do not repeat unnecessary sensitive information such as passwords or security answers in tickets.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, you may seek lawful remedies under applicable law, including consumer protection bodies, regulatory complaints or a court with jurisdiction. These terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction that removes statutory consumer protection or restrict lawful litigation or complaint rights.

For users in the United States, China, Taiwan, Japan and Singapore, these terms do not exclude mandatory consumer or personal information protections applicable in their location.

10Updates and effect

These terms were updated on the date shown on this page. Material changes should be reasonably highlighted and separately confirmed where required by law or the nature of the change. Merely viewing this page is not agreement to undisclosed new charges or action authorizations.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Read the Privacy Policy for matters concerning personal information.
